We are very proud to be part of the Great British Cookbook which features 200 chefs from 10 different regions from around the UK, including Rick Stein (OBE), Anna Hanson (MBE), Michael Caines (MBE) and Richard Corrigan.
Our Head Chef, Wayne Roberts' signature dish, braised shoulder of Anglesey lamb with root vegetable rosti, garden greens and a redcurrant and lamb jus, is the recipe we chose to feature in this book, and is also currently on our menu.
The aim of the book is to raise £200,000 for MacMillan Cancer Support and Hospitality Action by Christmas, with all proceeds from the £12 eBook download going directly to the aforementioned charities.

The book is amazing, with fantastic photos of all the dishes including information about some of the small local producers that also feature in it, and would make a great Christmas present for anyone interested in food.
